The modern market dictates its own rules for promoting products. These rules should be followed by businessmen who want to achieve success in their field. For the attention of the consumer, they are fighting with advertising bigboards, posters, calendars, handles and leaflets, but the most popular method is printing on paper bags. To release packages with the logo, various printing methods and materials are used. Their choice is determined by circulation, quality requirements and other parameters.
A stylish package is often used not only to deliver purchases to the door of the house, but also for carrying various things. The applied image is perceived not as an advertisement, but as part of the design of the appearance, which makes printing on packages an effective tool for spreading information about the product or brand.
If the circulation is large
, with the need to print a large circulation in the amount of 5-10 thousand copies, the most relevant is the method of flexography. It requires large financial investments at the initial stage of the development of the project, therefore, with smaller circulations, it is economically inappropriate.
The drawing occurs on special machines. After that, a package of the required size made of polyethylene is formed. The process of flexographic printing is carried out by special liquid colors that quickly dry on plastic. On polyethylene, the coloring substance is applied by means of cliches mounted on the shaft. The process resembles the release of ordinary newspapers.
The cliche is covered with paint and makes the print in the required place. The paint is applied in layers, so it is not possible to get a full -color image. The method is the most common and has a number of advantages compared to offset:
- on many packaging materials (film, foil and others), it is impossible to apply paint with an offset method.
- Flexography allows you to use printed forms of different sizes, which makes it possible to save paint (dimensions of forms for offset are almost always fixed).
Among the shortcomings of the method, one can note the impossibility of a clear transmission of the contour of small details of the pattern and the exact display of light shades.
Printing on paper bags
One of the ways to perform it is an offset method. With its help, you can create both full -color images of a photographic level, and simple drawings of several colors. The size of the circulation can be very different: from a couple of tens to hundreds of thousands of products. Among all the methods of printing on packages, the offset method is the most profitable in a batch of 500 pieces. In the process of full -color printing, 4 basic colors are mixed: purple,
