The Department for the Protection of the Internal Market of the Eurasian Economic Commission notified the completion of an anti-dumping investigation in respect of galvanized steel manufactured by Chinese and Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises and imported into the customs territory of the EAEU.

In accordance with paragraph 107 of the Protocol on the application of special protective, antidumping and countervailing measures against third countries (Appendix No. 8 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on a report of the Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission (hereinafter - Department) The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission on December 3, 2019 decided to apply an anti-dumping measure for a period of 5 years by introducing an anti-dumping duty on imports there The territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of galvanized steel, originating from the People's Republic of China and Ukraine, in the following sizes (as a percentage of customs value):

a) for galvanized steel originating from the People's Republic of China: 17.00% - for Angang Steel Company Limited; 15.12% - for Shandong Esdawn Metal Technology Development Co., Ltd .; 14.39% - for Xinjiang Bayi Iron & Steel Co., Ltd .; 12.69% - for DongE Yike Panel Co., Ltd .; 14.93% for Shandong Sino Steel Co., Ltd., Gansu Jiu Steel Group Hongxing Iron And Steel Co., Ltd and Dalian Posco Co., Ltd .; 17.00% - for other manufacturers.

b) for galvanized steel originating from Ukraine: 23.90% - for PJSC MMK named after Ilyich "(enterprise of the Metinvest group); 23.90% - for other manufacturers.
