The organizers of the festival of science, technology and modern technologies of Interpipe Techfest together with the authorities of the Dnieper and the Dnipropetrovsk region presented the program of the main technical event of the fall. 110 participants in the exhibition of modern equipment and engineering, 43 speakers of the lecture hall, 50 master classes, competitions in 6 technical disciplines and 2 records of Ukraine. All this awaits the guests of the festival on September 16-17 in the Dnieper.

“The main goal of the festival is to increase public interest in science, engineering and modern technologies. We want to return the fashion for enthusiasm for equipment and technologies, make engineering specialties more popular, ”said Dmitry Kisilevsky.
The exposon of the festival is divided into thematic blocks - industry, space, robotics, technical education, innovation, experimentation, DIY, modeling, gadgets. This year 110 participants will be presented.
In the industry zone, Ukrainian companies will present their achievements, which became symbols of engineering and technical achievements-KB South, Yuzhmash, Ivchenko-Progress, Ukrgazvidobuvannya, KrAZ and Interpipe. The technical education will be presented by 25 educational institutions of STEM-control-from universities to extracurricular institutions.
Visitors are waiting for spectacular chemistry and physics, the opportunity to test new technologies, including Drones, 3D printers and virtual reality glasses, Internet of things, technical hobbies for children and adults. Everyone will be able to take part in the battles of radio -controlled tanks models.
Among the new products of this year is a large -scale LEGO zone. Visitors will be able to take part in the construction of the legendary facilities of the "Star Wars" film epic-stars of death, R2D2, imperial attack aircraft and ship of the X-Wing rebels. For construction, 200 thousand cubes will be used.
This year, it is planned to set two records of Ukraine on Interpipe Techfest: the longest LEGO railway in the country and the largest spinner. Achievements will be recorded in the Book of Records of Ukraine.
Interpipe TechFest competitions will be held in six technical disciplines. The Shipyard and Air Military Sports program, cyber games (Dota 2, CS: GO), stage of the Ukrainian Drift Championship on radio-controlled car models, mechatronika competitions and robobattl.
The Open Air Speakers in the “Simple” format will talk about topical issues in the field of science, engineering, technical education, modern technologies. In 2017, 43 speakers will take part in the lecture.
What are the prospects for the development of the neighboring space and what is new in the laboratories of Ukrainian scientists? What will the education reform lead to and where to submit your project or startup? How will they build a metro in the Dnieper and how will gas in Ukraine produce? What is now being examined on a large Adron Collider? How to make an area energy -efficient and what is new in digital services for citizens? Such main topics of the lecture at Interpipe Techfest.
Interpipe TechFest will take place on September 16-17 in the Dnieper in the Enhancing Entertainment Park.
