In connection with the revival of the construction market, the Kramik plant (structural unit of construction complex LLC, which is part of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant PJSC) resumed the production of products.
From November 2016 to August 2017, the plant was suspended due to a significant decrease in demand for its products (brick ceramic hollow Private) used for the construction of residential buildings. Even before the stop at the factory, the production of complete brick was mastered, used not only in housing construction, but also in industrial construction. In 2015, the factory replaced the automatic control system (ACS) of the German concern Siemens, which controls the production of products, starting with brick -molding and ending with packaging of finished products. Replacing the Simatic-5 control controllers with Simatic-7 and updating the automatic system as a whole made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of the system of software management of production. In addition, a multi -packed excavator was replaced, designed for the supply of a shiht to the press and molding of the brick cheese. A forced pause in the work of the enterprise made it possible to modernize the furnaces of intensive heat treatment (results). It is planned that the modernization of furnaces with a total value of 15 million rubles will be completely completed in 2017.
The products of the Kramik plant, as before, will be delivered not only to the construction companies of Magnitogorsk, but also to the Perm, Orenburg and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as to Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan. To date, one of two production lines began to work, the total performance of which is 25 million conditional bricks per year.
