Tata Steel plans to develop 40 new product lines at its steel plant in Kaliningrahar, Odyssey. New products are designed primarily to meet the needs of the automotive and oil and gas industry. A source in the Tata Steel quoted the report as saying that "one of our products is a specialized wheel rim for wheels intended for the automotive industry. Product tests have already begun on Tata Motors. Commercialization of the product is expected in six months. "We also started negotiations with other car makers, such as Maruti Suzuki and Toyota."
Initially creating a production capacity of 3 million tons a year, Tata Steel is currently upgrading its capacity to Kaliningrad to 8 million tons a year, promising capital costs of 23,500 crore. Expansion of the downstream field by 5 million tons per year includes 2.2 million tons per year of the cold rolling complex
. The steel activities of the steel producer are continuous and steady. In the 4th quarter of fiscal year 19, steel monolith has developed 17 products, with the result that four of them were commercialized.
