This was China's first victory since the United States launched a trade war last year.
The final decision affected about 25 Chinese goods, including diamond saws, furniture, solar panels and steel products. This decision meant that China could impose tariffs on the United States that exceed the current WTO quota, and could also decide which products and industries are subject to tariffs.
