The U.S. Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that certain Italian carbon and alloy steel sheet products were sold in the U.S. at prices below average market value during the review period from May 2022 to April 2023, Federal Register monitoring has revealed.

Commerce also determined that one mandatory defendant did not sell the subject goods at below market value during the inspection period. The Department provisionally assigns NLMK Verona SpA a weighted average dumping margin of 2.45% and Officine Tecnosider SRL 0.00%.
