China continues to rank first in the world in steel exports
Total steel exports from China in October this year amounted to 305,100 tons, down 10.7% on a monthly basis, but still ranked first in the world.
Vietnam and the United States ranked second and third in terms of world steel exports in October this year, with steel exports of about 131,800 tons and 104,900 tons, respectively.
In October, Taiwan's total steel exports totaled about 1.17 million, ranking 10th in the world.
Most electric vehicles rely on lithium-ion batteries, with the main component comprised mostly of nickel.
