UK removes duties on Ukrainian hot-rolled steel

As per a notice from the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) dated 30 August 2022, the UK Government has accepted the recommendation of the Remedies Authority (TRA) to suspend anti-dumping duties (AD) on certain types of hot-rolled flat products. products made of iron, unalloyed or other alloyed steel, originating from Ukraine, for a period of nine months.

The AD duty of £50.631 per tonne will be suspended for nine months from 31 August 2022 to 30 May 2023.
