The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has decided to introduce an anti-dumping (AD) duty on the import of ferrosilicomanganese from Georgia for a period of five years, which will enter into force 30 calendar days after its official publication.
The duty rate ranges from 21.4% to 24.22% of the customs value, depending on the company.
The initial investigation into AD was launched by the EEC Internal Market Protection Department on June 28, 2021 based on a request from manufacturers of this product from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
