PJSC Electrometallurgical Plant Dneprospetsstal (Zaporozhye) received a net loss at the end of 2025, since its size was not announced in 2024.
According to the company’s announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission about holding a remote general meeting of shareholders on April 29, there are 11 issues on the agenda. It is planned, in particular, to consider the reports of the supervisory board of the company and the auditor for 2025, to approve the results of financial and economic activities for the past year and to determine the procedure for covering losses.
In addition, it is planned to consider the board’s report on the consequences of reducing the company’s equity capital, to consider and approve the measures that need to be taken to improve the financial condition, to appoint an audit entity to conduct a mandatory audit 0) The company temporarily stopped its own production during February - May 2022.
