Mining and metallurgical group "Metinvest" has extended the program of financial assistance to employees who have entered into a new marriage and have a child until 2026: 5,000 UAH (after taxes) for employees who got married for the first time, and 8,000 UAH (before taxes) for employees whose families had a child.
According to the company, this program has existed in the company for many years, but since the beginning of a full-scale war it has been temporarily suspended, but then resumed in May 2024, when the economic situation allowed.
It is clarified that since then, more than 900 Metinvest employees have already taken advantage of the material support program: 593 received financial assistance after the birth of a child, another 332 employees - due to marriage. The total amount of payments for 2024-2025 exceeded UAH 8.4 million
