According to the KSZ announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission about holding a remote general meeting of shareholders on April 24, it is planned to consider 12 issues, including the report of the supervisory board for 2025, approve measures based on the results of the consideration and make appropriate decisions.
It is also planned to approve the company’s annual report and audit report for 2025, approve the results financial and economic activities and determine the procedure for covering losses, as well as approve annual reports for 2023-2024 in a new edition.
In addition, a significant number of issues will be agreed upon at the meeting.
