Krivoy Rog Mining and Metallurgical Plant PJSC "ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog" (AMKR, Dnipropetrovsk region) allocated almost 57 million UAH for social projects and charitable assistance in 2025.
According to the company's press release on Monday, during 2025 AMKR continued to implement social and charitable initiatives aimed at supporting local communities, veterans, and families of deceased workers and victims of war.
A significant part of the assistance during the war was direct payments and support for employees and their families: 25 million UAH were allocated to the families of deceased workers, another 5.9 million UAH were allocated to help employees affected by enemy shelling. The amount of funds allocated by the enterprise for charitable projects amounted to more than UAH 9.2 million. Key social and charitable projects in 2025 are: priority. In particular, during this period, UAH 119.40 million was allocated to the families of deceased employees, and the company allocated another UAH 11.39 million to help employees affected by hostile shelling, the general director noted and added that the company operates in extremely difficult conditions.
As reported, in 2025 AMKRincreased the payment of taxes and fees to budgets of all levels by almost 28% compared to 2024, to UAH 8.5 billion. Of these, 1.8 billion UAH went to the state budget and 2.6 billion UAH to local budgets.
